Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Specialist Tier II in the
United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and timely service to customers and partners,
handling phone, email, and platform-based communication
Maintain service level agreements and compliance with regulations
while resolving complex billing issues
Build relationships with agency partners and internal team members
to ensure accurate and consistent communication with customers
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree
preferred
2 years of Financial Services, Collections, or Banking
experience
1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced high-volume
environment
1+ year of familiarity with internal system standards and
processes
Proficiency in G-Suite Tools, Salesforce, Payment Processing
Systems, and Collaboration tools
