relationship-focused Entry Level Wireless Account Manager to play a
foundational role on our AT&T campaign. This role will directly
involve mastering customer acquisition, building strong customer
relationships, and managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure
long-term satisfaction and growth for AT&T customers. As an
Entry Level Wireless Account Manager, you will immerse yourself in
comprehensive training that begins with mastering the sales
process. You will gain expert knowledge of AT&T products and
services while developing sophisticated skills in client
relationship management, customer retention, and strategic account
growth. Your work will directly contribute to expanding AT&T's
footprint, ensuring customer loyalty, and maximizing the lifetime
value of accounts within the vibrant Fort Lauderdale community. Key
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Wireless Account Manager Master
the sales enrollment process for AT&T by engaging potential
customers in assigned territories, answering inquiries and
acquiring new customers. Transition into managing a portfolio of
new and existing AT&T Fiber customer accounts as their
dedicated point of contact. Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring
client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and
retention. Actively evaluate customer needs to find opportunities
for upselling or cross-selling products and services (e.g., faster
speeds, bundles, or related wireless products). Provide expert
guidance and education to customers on their AT&T service
features, equipment usage, and available upgrades. Serve as the
main point of contact for account inquiries, handling service,
basic troubleshooting, and billing, and escalating complex problems
to specialized teams for resolution. Monitor account performance
and customer engagement, proactively addressing any potential
concerns or churn risks. Meticulously manage customer records and
account details within internal CRM systems, documenting all
interactions and service updates.
