Position is located onsite in Boca Raton, FloridaAroma360 is a leading boutique Scent Marketing and Branding company renowned for its premium essential oil-based scenting solutions. With a strong foundation rooted in two core principles providing cutting-edge scenting solutions for both residential and commercial clients, and educating individuals on the profound benefits of Aromachology.We are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our Inside Sales team in Boca Raton, FL. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating lasting relationships with an elite clientele while negotiating comprehensive 36-month contracts for the delivery of our opulent fragrances to their residences and businesses. In this senior-level position, you will lead the charge in our sales office, where exceptional customer service and adept relationship-building skills are paramount.Please note the hours are:Monday-Friday: 12pm-9pmSaturday: 9-6pmSunday and one weekday- OFFKey Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Conversion: Transform pre-generated, warm leads from discerning customers into lucrative sales for Aroma360.CRM Utilization: Harness the power of Salesforce CRM to efficiently manage your sales pipeline, ensuring seamless progress tracking.Engagement Excellence: Seamlessly handle live transfers from our scheduling assistants, engaging with potential clients who express keen interest in Aroma360 products.Revenue Acceleration: Drive substantial revenue growth and consistently surpass sales targets, demonstrating your prowess as a seasoned sales professional.Client-Centric Approach: Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate enduring client relationships that reflect the premium quality of Aroma360.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Seasoned Sales Expertise: Possess 3-5 years of proven success in the realm of inside sales, showcasing your ability to excel in a senior-level role.C-Level Proficiency: Demonstrate the confidence and finesse required to close deals with C-level executives and high-end clientele, reflecting your seniority within the organization.Networking Mastery: Exhibit exceptional networking skills, which are vital for expanding Aroma360's reach and influence within the luxury fragrance market.Relationship Cultivation: Possess the unique talent for nurturing long-term client relationships, a hallmark of an Account Executive who adds significant value to our team.Compensation & Benefits:Starting Base Salary: 55KCommission: DOEUnlimited Income PotentialHealth insurance401KJoin us at Aroma360 and become part of a dynamic team that's setting the standard for luxury fragrance contracts in the industry.
