Type: Full-time In Office Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to absorb new information.
  • Excellent phone communication skills and an active listener.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to deal with various patient personalities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Open-minded and receptive to feedback. Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and prioritize incoming phone calls.
    • Understand and assess customers' needs swiftly to ensure satisfaction.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our patient base through open and consistent communication.
    • Deliver precise, valid, and comprehensive information using the necessary tools and methods.
    • Efficiently handle patient complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within set time limits and ensuring resolution.
    • Accurately record customer interactions, process patient accounts, and organize documents.
    • Adhere to all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
    • Take the initiative to exceed customer expectations.
    • Collaborate with and manage doctors on our medical platform, offering support as needed.
    • Display proficiency with computers and relevant software. Requirements
