Job Description:
ADT Solar is currently searching for a Customer Relations Agent.
In this role your major responsibilities would be to facilitate
resolutions of escalated or sensitive customer complaints of a
complex nature. Resolve Better Business Bureau (BBB), Attorney
General, social media, lender escalations and legal concerns
ensuring the highest levels of discretion, professionalism, and
integrity. Partners with all ADT Solar business units as necessary
to facilitate and monitor complaint resolution. Drafts written
correspondence to respond to various public, and governmental
agencies. Position Responsibilities: Represent ADT Solar to public
agencies while resolving customer concerns received via written
correspondence and telephone, chart an appropriate course of
action, and ensure resolution considering customer needs and
business needs. Work closely with Customer Advocates, Accounts
Receivable, Finance, Sales, Operations, Regional Directors of
Operations, Operations Managers, Sales Managers, Service Managers,
and other personnel to achieve customer resolution. Work with the
ADT Solar Legal Department to answer Attorney General and Better
Business Bureau complaints. Represent ADT Solar on Social Media
channels, monitor and react to Social Media postings appropriately,
engaging the right business units to resolve issues and mitigate
any potential reputation threat. Draft publicly viewed written
responses to customer concerns and inquiries. Special projects as
required by management. Education: Bachelors Degree preferred, or
equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience: 1-3 years account management or client-focused
solutions experience. 1-3 years of solar industry experience a
plus. Experience using customer relationship management (CRM)
software. Additional Skills: Customer-centric focus, highly
responsive, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate, set and
manage expectations; must have a strong result orientation. Ability
to prioritize among competing tasks while staying focused on
quality, deadlines, and business results. Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiating
and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex ideas in an
easy-to-understand way. Critical thinking and problem-solving
