- Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service
Representative.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage
time effectively.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Quick learner with a willingness to absorb new

- Excellent phone communication skills and an active
listener.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to deal with
various patient personalities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize incoming phone calls.
- Understand and assess customers' needs swiftly to ensure
satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our patient
base through open and consistent communication.
- Deliver precise, valid, and comprehensive information using the
necessary tools and methods.
- Efficiently handle patient complaints, offering suitable
solutions and alternatives within set time limits and ensuring
resolution.
- Accurately record customer interactions, process patient
accounts, and organize documents.
- Adhere to all communication procedures, guidelines, and
policies.
- Take the initiative to exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with and manage doctors on our medical platform,
offering support as needed.
- Display proficiency with computers and relevant software.
