Job Description Come join MDVIP as a Sales Support Specialist
supporting the Regional Vice President, Regional Sales Team and
Health Systems team to focus sales prospecting efforts based on
quality data analysis. Based in Boca Raton, FL, MDVIP has been

is a corporate based role, however a hybrid corporate office and
work from home schedule may be available based on position and
departmental needs. This role is based from the corporate office,
and serves as an internal liaison to the regional field sales team
by evaluating and updating databases focused on qualified leads to
ensure the top prospects are identified. Employs various research
methods to identify qualified physicians and practices to inform
decisions regarding key target areas. Responsibilities: Using
various tools, identifies, analyzes, and evaluates internal and
external data to make effective recommendations on qualified
prospects for outreach by the field sales staff. Maintains database
accuracy by evaluating records for activation and de-activation to
ensure sales efforts are targeted appropriately. May collaborate
with Data Steward to enhance C-Suite database to support Health
Systems team. Responds to incoming prospect leads and handles
accordingly as well as assist in Marketing efforts. Research and
evaluate past event locations and make recommendations for upcoming
locations and evaluate physician and practice attributes to make
recommendations regarding inclusion for upcoming events Monitor
various sales cycles within the funnel to identify/resolve barriers
and identify strategies to move opportunities forward. Create,
customize, and modify physician prospect reports to effectively
present data to guide sales team---s focused efforts. Serve as the
lead for the sales team---s weekend events, approximately 1-2 times
per year. Oversee the planning, executing, and follow through of
event details. Travel within the U.S., with overnight stays, by air
or land is required. This job profile is not designed to cover or

time with or without notice. Education / Experience / Knowledge :
Bachelor---s degree from four-year college or university and at
least two years related business experience; or equivalent
combination of education and experience where two year---s related
experience equals one year of schooling. Related experience assumes
a similar corporate role focused on inside sales support,
administrative, marketing, research, and executing strategies.
Prior relevant MDVIP experience may be substituted for experience
requirement. Prior healthcare industry experience desirable.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability
to perform advanced Excel features such as filters, custom sorting,
data validation and pivot tables is required. Strong verbal and
written communications skills Acute sense of priorities, ability to
handle the progress and completion of multiple projects
simultaneously. Handles stressful situations in a professional
manner, producing high quality and quantity of work, occasionally
under tight timelines. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
within a team and interdepartmental teams, and within all levels of
management and organizational staff. Prior experience working with
a CRM database/Salesforce desirable. Travel Requirements: Overnight
travel will be required at least once, possibly twice per calendar
year. This will include a weekend stay. Corporate based roles: As a
corporate based role in Boca Raton, FL, employees are expected to
