Job Description INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE At SpeedPro Imaging, we

exceptional talent to join us. The Inside Sales Associate reports
directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily
responsible for driving studio growth, both locally and nationally.
This is a full-time, early career position where you will be
empowered to make decisions, execute programs and achieve results.
You will also have the opportunity to develop new fundamental
processes and initiatives; therefore, this role is best suited for
someone that is interested in getting in on the ground floor and
growing alongside the business. Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
55% Various lead generation activities via proactive phone
campaigns 15% Internet-based networking and ---touch--- campaigns
10% Customer service and client follow-up calls 10% Social media
account management 10% Miscellaneous (i.e., networking events,
general help in the studio, etc.) Core Functions: -- Partner with
management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification --
Drive a variety of lead development initiatives including list
building and data mining programs, with the goal of scheduling
client appointments -- Participate in sales and marketing functions
(networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.) --
Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship
management) system to track calls and meetings to prospective and
existing customers -- Manage entire sales process from marketing to
estimating and closing deals -- Execute a strong prospecting
approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and
reporting -- Attend client meetings and entertainment as
appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off-hours or
weekend commitment Other Required Skills: -- ---Sales curious---
(constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a
desire to build relationships and fully understand their business
needs) -- Strong communication and listening skills -- The ability
to adapt sales style to a particular customer -- Highly motivated
with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging
personality -- Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to
roll-up sleeves and drive results Ideal candidates will also
possess: -- 1 year of prior inside sales experience --
Associate---s or Bachelor---s Degree Compensation and Benefits: --
$30-40k annual salary (based on experience) -- Studio
profit-sharing plan and annual bonus potential -- Additional
