Description:Seeking a special Insurance Agent to join our team. This agent will be responsible for handling sales and service calls commensurate with company values and deliver world class service.Responsibilities:Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customersAssist clients with renewals of their existing policies.Identify additional needs that clients may have for products/services offered by our firm.Resolve client inquiries and concernsComply with insurance standards and regulationsTrack and identify areas of improvementQualifications:2 years' experience in sales for Property & Casualty and Commercial Insurance Candidates must have 220 or 440 Florida State Insurance LicenseAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates well-developed computer skills (internet, email, keyboarding).Ability to prioritize and multitaskEffectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients, customers, and the general public.Bilingual would be greatSale experience is a must.Knowledge of Allied/EPIC Management system.Experience Level:Entry Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
