Job Description:
Sales Associate Customer Service position for Pawn industry.
Looking for 3 people will train and room for growth Hourly $13 to
$18 Hours are flexible Multiple locations in the area of Ft. Laud.
Looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated individual who is
serious about starting or continuing a career in the pawn industry!
Our small but growing family-owned business provides a safe and

desire to work in the pawn industry. We prefer to hire someone who
has a passion for the work rather than an experienced pawnbroker
who does not enjoy the job. Even better if you LOVE the industry
and also have experience. Have your own reliable transportation.
Have scheduling flexibility (including weekends). Computer
literate. Basic math skills. Outgoing personality. Fast learner.
Seeking long term employment with opportunity for advancement.
Can-do attitude! Works well with others. Bilingual a plus! (Not
required). Can pass a background check/drug screening. Starting
compensation varies based on the relevant job experience Our

environment. Job Description: As a pawnbroker/salesperson your
daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Serving
customers in person by pawning, buying, and selling merchandise.
After being trained all employees do their own negotiating and
processing of new loans, purchases, and sales. Merchandising the
store. All employees are involved in keeping the merchandise neat
and clean. Cleaning, testing, and picturing all items as they go
out for sale. Light photo editing is done before being uploaded to
our software. Light janitorial work. All employees collectively
assist in keeping the inside and outside of the stores clean.
Answering phones and assisting customers with various questions.
Online classified posts. All employees assist in our craigslist,
offerup, letgo, facebook, instagram and other various platform
postings. All of the above are things that can be taught to anyone
who is willing to learn! We spend as much time as is needed to
train employees and encourage continuing education on the various
merchandise categories our company sells.
