Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all clients. - Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively in both Spanish and English. - Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and understanding their needs. - Assist customers with selecting and purchasing products, providing knowledgeable guidance. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. - Stay informed about new products, services, and store policies to provide accurate information. - Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Skills and Qualifications: - Fluency in both Spanish and English and Creole, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology is a plus.
