• Temp ProjectJob ID: 14027Estimated Duration: 4 months with possible extensions.Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the Client.Required:--- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Boca Raton, FL;--- Experience in multiple IT areas (7-10 years);--- Relevant architecture experience in tolling, Intelligent Transportation Systems, or transit architecture (2-3 years);--- Extensive experience with architecture, applications systems design, and integration.Preferred:--- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL development with expertise in advanced features like packages, cursors, triggers, and collections;--- Experience with data modeling, normalization, and optimization techniques;--- Experience with SQL query writing and performance tuning;--- Code review and code analyzing skills including reviewing test results;--- Government experience.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:--- Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy and update the enterprise's architecture to effectively support the business strategy;--- Develop enterprise-level application and custom integration solutions, including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features;--- Use a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers;--- Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business;--- Determine specifications, then plan, design, and develop complex and business-critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes individually or in concert with the project team;--- Develop programming and development standards, procedures, and programming architectures for code reuse;--- Possess in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs. Understand and consistently apply the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies.
