Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Analyst - Procurement,
Contracting & Payment Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform compliance reviews of invoices to ensure payment compliance
with policies and procedures
Develop payment strategies and negotiate favorable payment terms
with suppliers
Manage payment program initiatives, including policy development
and implementation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance,
Communications, or relevant alternative
Minimum of one year of experience in accounts payment, finance,
and/or business management
Ability to manage change throughout a large organization
Strong ability to apply accounting principles related to accounts
payable
Understanding and application of federal and state/local
regulations applicable to payment processing
