Job Description:
An organization is seeking a PMO Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Project manage key initiatives, including managing project plans
and ensuring cross-functional teams execute tasks per timelines
Develop content and client-facing materials for strategic meetings
and support client discussions using standardized reporting
tools
Coordinate client health review meetings, gather critical
information, and produce useful reports/insights/follow up items to
elevate insights across regions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as an
operations analyst, project coordinator, program specialist, or
related role
Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
Quick learning and synthesizing of new information to create simple
and easy-to-understand documents
Strong project management, time management, and organizational
skills
