Job Description:
A company is looking for a Market Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service as the first point of contact for exchange
members, ensuring timely responses and ticket logging for all
interactions
Monitor and troubleshoot the exchange, identifying and mitigating
operational risks, and attending to member requests
Communicate effectively across internal and external departments to
ensure clear and constant communication
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of trade desk or operations desk experience at a broker
dealer or exchange
Experience supporting FIX and SBE Protocols
Knowledge of U.S. equity markets, market structure, and
clearing
Willingness to obtain necessary licenses as directed by
Compliance
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex
operational setting
