Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Functional Support Analyst to
support the CDC OCIO Cloud Modernization program.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the client to understand the application's functional
requirements and translate them into user stories for development
and testing
Participate in requirements sessions, create general designs,
perform assembly testing, and support development efforts for
multiple functional areas within the team
Provide functional support to developers, testers, and system
analysts, and assist in resolving production issues and data
cleanup efforts
Required Qualifications:
BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters
with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with software development and maintenance practices and
methodologies
Knowledge of information systems and current computer
technology
Familiarity with SQL, XML, web, and reporting technology
Ability to obtain NACI clearance and must be located in the US
