Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst
who will be responsible for managing retirement plan compliance and
delivering compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage compliance processes including annual census processing,
annual testing, and preparation of IRS Form 5500
Participate in training and communication of compliance
administration topics to clients and business partners
Maintain compliance systems and tools, and oversee compliance and
consulting services for a block of business
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work
experience
2 years of compliance experience or equivalent work experience in a
related field
2 years of experience working with retirement plans
Full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility related to
compliance services
Excellent customer service skills and advanced Excel and Access
knowledge
