Job Description:

ADT Solar is currently searching for a CX Solar Utility Analyst. In this role one of your major responsibilities will be to analyze and investigate customer production/offset/savings issues. Resolve customer complaints ensuring the highest levels of discretion, professionalism, and integrity. Partners with all ADT Solar Tier 3 and Customer Relations units, as necessary, to facilitate and monitor complaint resolution. Key Responsibilities: Leverage quantitative skills to analyze and understand customers solar production. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure navigation of pinpointing system issues to correct and ensure optimal efficiency with solar system. Engage with customers to attribute tracking Enphase system, etc. to ensure proper operation of solar system. Evaluate and review utility bills from customers with open cases to assure system is working properly. Interact with customers to resolve issues related to customer utility billing inquiries. At times, communicate with Utility companies on customers issues to help resolve open case. Focus on detailed billing information related to service periods and billing amounts. Perform high level analysis of utility accounts and consumption. Establish and maintain credibility by providing timely and accurate results. Provide professional service to customers and external departments. Perform special projects at the request of team leaders, to include research and recommendations. Continuously and proactively run and work daily reports for case load. Perform related job duties as assigned and required. Education/Certification: Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience: 1-3 years account management or client-focused solutions experience. 2-5 years of solar industry experience a plus. Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Additional Skills: Customer-centric focus, highly responsive, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate, set and manage expectations; must have a strong result orientation. Ability to prioritize competing tasks while staying focused on quality, deadlines, and business results. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent listening, negotiating and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way.
