Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a healthcare based team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is seeking an IT professional that works with the different departments at the client to assess their needs and implement IT solutions that support organizational business goals. As the key liaison between business users and technical teams, the BSA gathers business requirements, translates them into functional specifications that are implemented by vendors and technical teams, and manages the resulting project(s) through implementation. In addition, the BSA is responsible for training, testing, deploying, and supporting the solution for the user community. Use process optimization (e. g. Six Sigma) methodologies to streamline business processes in preparation for system automation. They will use project management methodologies to manage operational support, business enhancements, and projects in support of implementing technology solutions. They will perform analysis with the end users and prepare business cases with the end users to articulate the business value of the project. This BSA will convey business requirements to technical teams using tools such as logical diagrams, use cases, visio process flows, data samples, and functional requirements documents and actively participate or lead design reviews, coordinate with the project manager to develop the scope, budget, and schedule. -PowerBI experience

-Background creating reports within Salesforce to validate with UAT

-Knowledge of Visio, Lucidchart, or other process flow diagrams

-Experience testing (if there isn't a QA available)

-Previous experience as a Project Manager
-3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst role

-Strong background gathering functional project requirements and data metrics

-Experience creating wire frames

-QA and data validation experience

-Bachelor's degree
