Kforce has a client that is seeking an E-Commerce Analyst in Boca Raton, FL.



Overview:

The E-Commerce Analyst will be building and maintaining the reporting and analytics that we use to operate our B2B and B2C E-Commerce business, which includes popular brands such as Vapor.com, PuffItUp.com, and DaVinci Vaporizers. This includes sales reporting, web analytics, campaign reporting, demand planning, and competitor analysis. This person will also be responsible for setting and maintaining pricing on our stores and ensuring our business remains competitive and profitable. To be successful, the E-Commerce Analyst should be passionate about working with data and creating user-friendly dashboards to drive the success of the business. This person should have experience working with data from web applications and creating actionable dashboard reporting that is highly scalable (does not need to be manually updated each week, month, etc.). The E-Commerce Analyst will work closely with the leaders of the other E-Commerce functions including Performance Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital Experience.



Duties Include:

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of each relevant data-source and the data that is produced by each source, including the business purpose for each piece of data
  
  
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the key business initiatives and associated KPIs
  
  
• Work with system owners to continuously enhance the quality of the data we are collecting, so that we can continuously improve our reporting capabilities
  
  
• Manage product pricing on all B2C platforms and develop a process for ensuring we remain competitive and profitable
  
  
• Manage and maintain a program to monitor pricing on our competitor sites and take appropriate action when our competitive position is impacted
