Onsite TechnicianPosition Description OverviewThe role of
-Onsite Technician -is to conduct onsite implementation of software
and hardware suites provided by VersiTech. This role is important
for building strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers
while we assist them with expanding their technological needs.Job
Responsibilities
Serve as a resource for onsite and
implementation of VersiTech products. Hardware and Software
Collaborate with the sales team throughout the implementation
process Work with existing customers and proactively drive
satisfaction Escalate sales opportunities to ensure maximum value
is being received Maintain detailed notes and records within our
CRM when implementing new clients or supporting existing clients
Make customers voices heard by providing feedback to the client
services team on client issues Schedule and confirm appointments
for onsite and implementation of VersiTech products Job
Requirements
Restaurant experience
preferredAbility to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced
and challenging environmentBasic computer skills and
networkingExcellent social skills, project coordination and the
ability to work well with all levels of internal management and
staff, as well as, with outside clients and vendorsBe creative,
adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill setsStrong
familiarity with customer serviceMicrosoft Office, CRM experience
desiredAbility to lift objects up to 30lbs and stand for long
