Required Skills:At least 5 years experience in Desktop Support

completing Tier 2 support for workstations, mobile devices,
applications, and networks, etc. Must have low level network

Role/Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced Desktop
Technician for a large enterprise finance company. In this role you
will be responsible for workstation management and related projects
including but not limited to application deployment, hardware asset
tracking/reporting, end-user security, technical configuration and
support, Level 2 break/fix support and troubleshooting, occasional
Level 1 support after hours/during high demand, low level network
support, support tickets and SLA management and general user
technology guidance/education. You will have the opportunity to
collaborate with team members, other IT groups and non-IT/business
representatives to address all incidents, problems and requests.
This is a fast paced environment supporting both advisors and
internal customers and a great opportunity for an experienced
