Full-TimeOverviewProvides analytical support to/for the various
levels of service management. Provides management with supportive
documentation to ensure future growth and market competitiveness by
focusing on customer machine performance reporting (both external
and internal), and divisional financial analysis. This position
will also be the key analyst for specified major account reporting.
Responsibilities- Utilizes Oracle to compile necessary
documentation for management evaluation of new service marketing
promotions, product and technician performance measurement, and
improved data integrity procedures.- Develops and/or maintains a
consolidated Service Reporting Package consisting of available
Oracle and Service Portal information for both customer and
internal service management requirements.- Provides comprehensive
customer reports for all assigned accounts.- Main point of contact
for all large/major customer account reporting nationally.-
Provides monthly performance reporting to the field as requested.-
Creates Ad-Hoc reports using the various databases to produce a
finished result, as requested.- Collaborates with database support
to improve all levels of service reporting and measurements.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.-
Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.-
Experience with service industry knowledge.- Strong PC skills using
advanced Excel and Access databases.- Knowledge of state-of-the-art
spreadsheet and relational database software applications.- Strong
inter-personal and analytical skills.- Excellent oral and written
communication skills as well as organizational skills.- Thorough
knowledge of Oracle capabilities and features. Company
