• Safe & Fun Work EnvironmentWHAT YOU WILL DO:This role will support the Resort Operations division of the company to analyze operating efficiency for short term and long term strategic object planning. You will leverage strong data analysis background to optimize operational and financial performance of the resort HOAs through routine and ad hoc reporting, process documentation, and more.
  • Develops and analyzes data sets using large spreadsheet applications with complex formulas.
  • Prepares Variance Analysis and Operational reports for various Business Units.
  • Prepares ad hoc and scheduled reports for Executive Group and Business Units using a combination of OLAP tools and advanced Excel techniques.
  • Performs statistical analysis and develops financial/statistical models.
  • Assists with monthly and annual Budgeting and Forecasting process.
    WHAT YOU BRING:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Hospitality background strongly preferred
    • At least 3 years experience in finance or business experience, with experience in a role directly supporting and working with Operational managers
    • Proficiency in the use of MS applications, with expertise in Excel
    • Strong working knowledge of OLAP tools required (Microstrategy preferred). Strong understanding of database concepts and relational models
    • Ability to create and execute new processes, as well as improve inefficient processes
