Atlantic - Pacific Companies is seeking a Multifamily Analyst Director

The Analyst Director will support and manage the development and implementation of programs, initiatives, and activities that drive the operational and financial performance of the Rental Division. The Analyst Director will support the property management portfolio and works with department leaders to introduce and sustain best practices and process improvements at the property level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Gathering and analyzing data
Interpreting gathered data.
Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data.
Introduces and sustains standard operating procedures
Assesses and develops management reports and tools using word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
Performs system and file audits for accuracy and compliance with company standards and Fair Housing Laws
Develops content and provides operational training to regional and property level employees
Plans and manages comprehensive projects and initiatives
Manages property compliance of licenses and permits with City, State, and Federal Agencies
Analyzes and provides reporting on portfolio performance to executives
Works closely with the Managing Director and other department leaders on various projects

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Directly supervises Internal Auditors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from accredited four-year college or university.
Experience within Property Management is a plus
Experience in Yardi a HUGE PLUS
Ability to write memos, reports, presentations, and business correspondence. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistics, and accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are a plus. Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
