You will be responsible for making a high volume of customer telephone inquiries to promote the features & benefits of our products & services.Responsibilities Include:--- Making outbound calls from generated leads.
--- Engaging with prospective customers regarding Newtek's full suite of products/services
--- Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
--- Providing a positive and informative customer experience.
--- Use internal tools to document all customer touch points and communications.
--- Ability to build rapport with customers.
--- Contribute to the achievement of team goals and outcomes.
--- Participate in regular training and development meetings as required.Qualifications:--- 2+ years of Telephone Sales, Customer Service, or other customer facing experience.
--- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and best practices.
--- Technologically proficient
--- Excellent listening and communication skills.
--- Must have a positive, can-do attitude
--- Must possess a sense of urgency and ownership when dealing with clients and prospects of Newtek
--- Ability to make 150+ calls per day
--- Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills
--- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
--- Strong Work ethic
--- Excellent Sales, negotiation, and persuasive skills
--- Being able to overcome objections
--- Strong Data entry skills with accuracy and ability to navigate among multiple systems
