This vital role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our private duty home care services, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in private duty and supervisory roles. Oversee the daily operations of private duty home care services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality patient care.2. Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, adjusting as necessary to meet the changing needs of patients and their families.3. Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.4. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines related to home health care.5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.6. Handle administrative duties such as staffing, budgeting, and reporting.7. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure the continuous development of staff skills and knowledge.8. Maintain open and effective communication with patients, families, and team members regarding care plans and any changes in condition.9. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.Qualifications:1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting.3. Proven experience as a director of nursing, RN administrator, or in a similar role.4. Extensive experience in private duty home care.5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.6. Strong understanding of home health care regulations and guidelines.7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.8. Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions under pressure.9. Proficient in using healthcare software and computer systems.10.
