Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy Chief of Party, Operations for
Clean Cities, Blue Ocean Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct the activities of the Operations team to ensure efficient
functioning of field operations
Coordinate with Home Office Project Management Team on financial
management and compliance
Provide contracting support for local subcontractors and assist
with procurement of equipment and supplies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field required (master's degree
preferred)
Minimum ten years of experience managing USAID contracts or complex
programs
Strong background in contracts management, finance, and procurement
processes
Excellent intercultural communication skills
Current US work authorization required
