Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Advisor to provide direct assistance and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct assistance to customers via voice, email, and chat
Own and resolve customer concerns, documenting relevant details for future reference
Assist customers with website troubleshooting, Linux system administration, Wordpress, and email setup/troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

Persistence, calm, and control under stressful conditions
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Warm, friendly, and able to establish rapport with customers and colleagues
Good understanding of inter-networking, Linux, server hardware, and common hosting services
Knowledge of DNS, SSL, SMTP, IMAP, POP, and HTML
