Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Lead Provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain department workflows, processes, policies, and
systems
Oversee provider enrollment processes and database maintenance
Assist in training new staff and resolving problems in provider
enrollment processes
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree preferred or 2 years of managerial experience
in healthcare
Working knowledge of Provider Enrollment process and
industry-specific software
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and BSBC credentialing
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet
resources
Strong organizational and customer service skills
