Job Description:

A company is looking for a Learning Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom instruction and provide coaching and feedback to learners
Ensure employees are able to effectively handle customer contacts and meet performance metrics
Create and update training materials, support performance initiatives, and complete instructional design processes

Required Qualifications:

Hold a full Personal Lines or P&C License
Experience in facilitation, training, and coaching
Ability to convert instructor-led training into learner-led facilitation
Proficiency in creating engaging design images for training curriculum and other learning publications
Knowledge of standard operating procedures, workflows, and user manuals
