Lead BIM Designer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead BIM Designer in the Substation department.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee design and drafting processes to ensure quality standards are met
Support an assigned group of engineers and provide technical guidance
Assist with training, mentoring, and onboarding new hires

Required Qualifications:

Two-year technical degree or currently enrolled in school for Technical Drafting
Minimum of 5 years' experience in CAD design plus 2+ years of experience in a CAD leadership or mentorship role
Expertise in Revit is required
Knowledge of BIM Collaborate Pro / BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus
Knowledge of AutoCAD or MicroStation is a plus
