Overview









Manages Inventory, Ordering and Used Equipment Activities.













Responsibilities









Ink Management: Responsible for direct ink ordering, customer ink consumption reviews, and ink inventory management in concert with Procurement and Planning.- Assists Key customers to develop ink inventory management strategies.- Ensures compliance to contract terms by customers.- Interfaces with Planning (and CPP) regarding ink ordering and forecasting.- Maps ink consumption trends.- Provides Planning with Ink Inventory recommendations.Inventory Management: Responsible for all inventory activities in support of new and used equipment business.- Manages Used equipment inventories, including recommendations for scrapping, wholesaling, or refurbishing.- Participates in Used equipment purchasing and 3rd Party Supplier relationships.- Manages allocation of new equipment based on Sales Forecasts and Sales Leadership recommendations.- Establishes and manage automated process for inventory (both new and used) availability and allocation.Factory Liaison: Functions as key liaison regarding product ordering and forecasting.- Determine product ordering schedules based on Sales forecasts.- Provide factory forecasts for new products, based on Sales forecasts and Executive direction.- Work with Sales Leadership regarding product forecasting.- Align Finishing ordering requirements with forecasts.Process Improvement: Streamlines communications and processes with Shared Services and intra-PPS departments.- Manage and report on Shared services KRAs and dashboard, and report in Executive Staff Meeting.- Facilitate collaboration with Shared Services and PPS Peer Departments for process and communication improvements.- Design systems within current infrastructure that support Used equipment, inventory and ink/equipment ordering activities.













Qualifications









- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience.
- Business related emphasis preferred.
- Master's degree desirable.
- 5+ years' experience in Pricing and Inventory Management.
- Sales or Sales-related experience and background.
- Experience presenting solutions, proposals, etc. to Executive Management.
- Great attitude with examples of commitment to excellence.
- Ability to meet/exceed deadlines, prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Desire to expand and grow in our organization.
