We are based on a clear purpose: Solving a significant problem every client faces - the need to reduce expenses while maintaining an optimal Employee Benefits Package to recruit and retain top talent. - - -As a Benefits Coordinator, your primarily responsibility will be to provide support for the Client Manager to assist in servicing all of our Client's needs to include, but not limited to: claims/billing issues, open enrollment, wellness initiatives, ongoing enrollment maintenance, preparing communication material, and implementation of benefits. -
This position works both independently and collaboratively to provide customized services to our clients and support our Client Manager. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate closely with Client Manager, clients' HR staff, and others while keeping shared information current in our systems.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills (including good grammar and spelling) needed for interactions with clients, co-workers, and vendors to generate accurate, timely responses to a wide range of questions in a friendly, professional manner by phone, email, and in-person.
  • Excellent attention to detail while simultaneously completing a range of high priority, time-sensitive tasks such as renewal, service issues resolution, billing audits, open enrollment activities, and carrier submissions.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to prioritize and plan work tasks, excellent time management skills, self-driven
      Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceValid Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuities License or the ability to obtain one within first 90 days of employment is required.Proficient in MS Office Suite.
      • Payroll/benefits experience or carrier experience - 2 years
      • Strong administrative skills
      • Bi-lingual a plus
