will have a demonstrated history of successfully marketing,
advertising, searching, posting, interviewing, selecting, and
hiring the best and the brightest talent across all functions (e.g.
Accounting, Administrations, Business Development, Client Success,
Development, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology,
Marketing, Product Development and executives). **MUST have
experience recruiting for Technology, Sales, and Administration.***
Implement recruiting process for hiring leaders in the organization
to ensure efficient and effective hiring across all departments. *
Coordinate requisition process and approvals * Create and post jobs
in Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Stack Overflow, Indeed,
LinkedIn and additional recruiting websites. * Analyze compensation
data (from reliable sources) to grade and recommend salary ranges.
* Ensure compensation policy and processes are in alignment so
employees receive fair and competitive packages. * Provide labor
law guidance while ensuring the organization remains up to date and
in compliance with the law. * Support the ensured adherence to
federal, state and local compliance laws pertaining to all employee
matters. * Guide the organization through employment law and
records compliance requirements. * Employee investigations, EEOC,
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance. * Communicate
with new hires regarding contracts and onboarding topics. * Create
employee documents such as contracts, offer letters, background
checks, etc. * Manage and analyze HR recruiting and hiring metrics
and reporting * Job descriptions and Fair Labor Standards Act
(FLSA) classifications. * Review, obtain approval, generate, and
send offer letters. * Represent company at job fairs; meet with
prospective candidates. * This role may expand in scope over time
to support other recruiting programs or projects as required across
the organization and may perform other duties as assigned.
**Education:** BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management or
equivalent. * **2+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting***
**MUST have experience recruiting for Technology, Sales, and
Administration.** * **4+ years of experience in Technology
recruiting for a company (not a recruiting agency)** * **2+ years
of experience in Sales recruiting for a company (not a recruiting

Representative** in the **Boca Raton, FL area** to join our awesome
team! Springbig's Inbound Customer Support team engages our
corporate customers to drive springbig adoption and demonstrate
ongoing value. This critical function is responsible for onboarding
new customers by engaging executive teams in the launch, driving
ongoing adoption, managing renewals, and researching common and
complex issues. The team works with the rest of the springbig
organization to uncover new ways to make springbig's customers
successful and to improve our product.* **Must be located locally,
in or near Boca Raton, FL** * 2+ years in Inbound Customer Support,
Relationship Management, Account Management or similar role *
Experience working with enterprise customers * Exceptional
communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail
oriented * Strong research and analytical skills with the ability
to translate data into valid and relevant information and insight *
Strong problem-solving experience * Empathetic, positive attitude

Coordinates the product release schedule including coordination of
resources, coordination of deliverables and setting of milestones
set by the Agile Project Manager (APM) * Report project status on a
regular basis to APM and BA through internal and external status
reports * Participate, coordinate, and champion effective Agile /
Scrum practices including backlog grooming sessions, sprint
planning, stand ups, sprint demos and retrospectives * Coordinate
with APM and BA to ensure successful delivery for our client(s) *
Assist the APM to consider all project risks and issues and
coordinating appropriate issues escalation to the necessary levels
and following up on results. * Creating project reports and
summaries for APM and BA * Coordinating the scheduled milestones
and their success * Coordinating and participating in the effective
team collaboration and communication * Coordinate, participate, and
learn all phases of the development life cycle: from requirements
gathering, translation in technical specifications, Jira ticket
creation, design, code review, testing, and product review and
release * **Active Scrum Master certification required** * **2+
years of successful Scrum Master experience with coordinating
software development for web-based projects using Agile
methodologies** * Experience with Jira and Confluence Cloud *
