Florida.Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and
organized individual to join our financial services company as an
Operations Associate. The successful candidate will play a crucial
role in processing client applications and ensuring that all
necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.

Promotions are based on meeting core competencies, not solely on
time served. Prior experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and
exposure to basic underwriting is preferred.Responsibilities:
Receive and review client
applications to ensure completeness and accuracyRequest missing
information and documentation from clients as neededVerify the
authenticity of collected documentsInput client information into
company databases accurately and efficientlyMaintain organized and
up-to-date records of client applications and documentationRespond
to client inquiries regarding the status of their
applicationsAssist with various administrative tasks as
neededRequirements:
Strong attention to detail and
organization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication
skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrior
experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and/or underwriting is
preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with
