Job Description:

A Relief Night Auditor delivers exceptional customer service to our guests whether upon arrival, departure or with any reservation or overnight need. This position will audit, balance, post and report rooms, remaining charges and various other revenues. Reconciles room and tax audit and post room and tax to all occupied rooms. Run the night audit final after ensuring all revenues are in balance. Is professional, knowledgeable and carries out specific duties to maintain the safety and security of the guests and building in any medical or building emergency.

Job Responsibilities

• Balance all department accounts.
• Reconcile front desk postings and investigate discrepancies.
• Balance all credit cards
• Audit room rates and market codes.
• Posts room and tax to all occupied rooms.
• Run "Close Out" reports. Closes the day.
• Completes Management reports and distributes accordingly.
• Welcome and register guests expeditiously, provide information to guests as needed.
• Provide excellence guest services by assisting guests with their needs or resolving issues.
• Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures.
  
  Job Requirements
  
  

• Have 1-2 years night auditor or accounting experience
• Must be detail oriented and able to work alone
• Able to work 11pm - 7am Monday and Tuesday
• Outstanding guest and hospitality service skills
• Previous Front Desk Agent and Hilton experience preferred Benefits:
