Job Description:

Dr Mitch Total Health, a wonderfully, busy medical practice helping sick patients get better with alternative medicine, in Boca Raton, FL, is looking for a special receptionist to join our team part to full time. Our ideal candidate is an honest, self-starter, energetic, kind, friendly, warm smile, organized, detail oriented, ambitious, and hard-working! We are looking for somebody with a minimum of 2 years of medical office experience. Our hours of service are 9AM to 6PM Monday through Friday. Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

• *Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Monitor patient flow with expertise *Process phone orders including packing and shipping. *Organize and schedule patients/meetings as needed *Processing payments for services and products *Maintain office cleanliness and order *Maintain inventory *Keep medical charting organized with copying/scanning/faxing/emailing
  Qualifications
