    Position Summary:

    The Hospitality Accounts Support Specialist will be responsible for interacting with the Hospitality Sales Vertical that includes: Cruise lines, Disney and all hotel groups executing a range of external and internal requests.

    As the first point of contact for these customers through our multiple channels of communication, he/she will ensure optimal customer satisfaction by resolving concerns while helping customers solve their problems and navigate their way through our internal customer channels. Ad hoc travel may be required to support trade shows and on-site services activity.

    Requirements:


    • Proven business acumen and understanding of sales and Shoes For Crews internal processes
    • Demonstrates personal accountability and ownership for performance
    • Demonstrates the ability to recognize his/her internal/external customer
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Able to multi-task, manage and prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
    • Driven to meet goals, generate results and overcome obstacles
    • Demonstrates an observable passion for creating an outstanding customer experience
    • Utilizes active listening, reading comprehension and soft skills to build and maintain rapport with customers and peers
    • Demonstrates accuracy and competency: written and verbal communication
    • Builds and maintains strong product knowledge
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear and concise)
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
    • Excellent follow up skills


      Qualifications:


      • 5 years of administrative support and / or customer service experience
      • Demonstrated ability and preference for working in a fast paced sales environment
      • Proficiency in grammar usage and professional written communications
      • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite-Excel & PowerPoint specifically Shoes For Crews ticketing systems and department related technology
      • Able to work a full-time schedule
      • Commitment to achieving personal growth and success


        Essential Functions & Accountabilities:


        • Proactively partner with the Hospitality Sales Manager and be the first point of contact for hospitality customers when assigned Sales Reps are otherwise engaged, travelling
        • Develop and secure long-term relationships with Hospitality Account Customers
        • Perform client care calls to External and Internal customers
        • Establish good working relationships with Hospitality Account Point of Contacts
        • Coordinate service, and billing of Hospitality Account Customers
        • Internal expert - handle questions/process requests from all Shoes For Crews internal departments
        • Ensure that all customer correspondence is responded to or forwarded to the appropriate department within 24 hours of receipt in the department
        • Track statistical information as needed for the department and compile data into reports that are submitted to management in a timely manner
        • Conduct communication meetings with External and Internal Customers on a regular basis to ensure that changes in policies, procedures and standards are disseminated in a clear and concise manner
        • Utilize dashboards, reports, and other resources daily to proactively manage account activity and support Hospitality Account customers
        • Perform daily account audits and updates
        • Work with internal teams and ticketing systems to research and resolve customer issues
        • Evaluate pending tickets daily for assigned customers and work with the appropriate internal customers to ensure services levels are met
