Job DescriptionCome join MDVIP as a Department Coordinator,
supporting the Implementation team. The qualified candidate
develops strong connections with the physician/staff while
effectively coordinating the roll-out of the implementation
process. Responsible for coordinating timelines, resources, and
communicating process changes to stakeholders. This role also
serves as a liaison between various corporate departments
supporting the transition to ensure effective communication between
MDVIP and the succession/replacement physicians. This is a
corporate based role, however a hybrid corporate office and work
from home schedule may be available based on position and

Responsibilities:
- Works closely with field/corporate succession management teams
to support the actions plans created.
- Hosts succession physician corporate visits and presents the
MDVIP succession process to prospective/new affiliates and responds
to questions and feedback.
- Serves as a liaison between the physician, staff, and corporate
departments to ensure all activities are handled according to the
succession plan. Participates in all calls related to the assigned
transitions.
- Identifies and communicates urgent issues to management to
ensure effective and timely resolution.
- Maintains effective documentation for all activities related to
the transition.
- Coordinates event planning process and adherence to event
budget.
- Works with the team to ensure all data is accurate and works
with IT as needed. Analyzes reports before developing call or mail
campaign strategies.This job profile is not designed to cover or

Knowledge:Associate degree or higher and at least two year's
account management or project management; or equivalent combination
of education and experience where one year of schooling equals two
years of related experience.Required Skills:
- Quick learner and detail oriented. Has superior organizational
skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and
assignments in a fast-paced, highly pressurized, rapidly expanding
dynamic corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Small group
presentation skills a plus
- Achieving deadlines with excellent precision
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with
little or no direct supervision
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work
effectively in a team environment
- Customer service oriented with the recognized ability to
develop and maintain strong internal and external
relationshipsDesired Skills:
- Knowledge of event coordination and contract negotiation with
hotels and convention centers
- Ability to identify, handle and resolve problems creatively
while being driven by a desire for continuous improvementComputer
Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to
learn new software easily. Publisher, MapPoint, and CRM experience
a plus but not required.Corporate office role: As a corporate based
