Please review the following job description:

The Service Finance Servicing Representative will be required to resolve billing errors, account adjustments and provide support to the collections and customer service representatives.

work schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5 PM. Please note this is an onsite position-is not remote.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Account Verifications (3rd Party)
  • Adjust Payments, Late Charges & Fees
  • Update NLS with correspondence (return mail, BK Notices etc.)
  • Process Payments
  • Paid in Full processing
  • Customer Service/Collections overflow
  • Other tasks as assigned.---

    Required Qualifications:

    • High school graduate or equivalent education and related training or experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience
    • Knowledge of consumer financing
    • Strong organization, communication, negotiation and decision making skills
    • Strong administrative experience; ability to input data accurately and efficiently as well as maintain detailed records and files
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
    • Work well in a team environment
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong willingness to assist other team members with customer related issue
    • Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime as needed

      Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.

      --- Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding

      Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.

      --- Availability

      Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.

      --- Travel (Must select one)

      Minimal and up to 10%
