Job Description:

We are seeking a senior leader of information and technology (I&T), for CSL Plasma. This leader is accountable for the renewal (and rethinking) of our systems and processes with the overarching goal of creating competitive advantage in the marketplace through digital transformation. These advantages include less donor attrition, shorter duration of donation, reaching new donor communities, increasing employee engagement, and innovative uses of our retail footprint.In addition, this leader is part of the CSL Plasma Leadership Team with oversight of hundreds of donation centers, regional logistics centers, warehouses, and testing labs across the globe. Functional scope of the role spans information and technology support for donor experiences, customer relationship management, retail center experience, employee training, donor management records, intelligent devices, testing (and labs), logistics (and centers), and data and analytics. Operational scope of the role includes digital innovation, business processes, data governance, applications, infrastructure, and associated operations and relationships, and is directly accountable for operational stability of all sites. Building strategic partnerships and change management are success factors for the role. This role reports directly to the Chief Digital & Information Officer of the company and serves as part of the I&T Leadership Team. Leadership responsibilities include working across Cybersecurity and Infrastructure in support of holistic service for our plasma employees and working with enterprise operations to deliver a seamless flow of information from donor to patient.This position reports to: - Chief Digital and Information OfficerPrincipal Accountabilities:

Accountable for defining strategies and opportunities that accelerate our digital transformation of the Plasma business, driving the migration from traditional transactional technologies and ways of working to one that embraces digitally native capabilities and experiences. Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the Plasma business and with customers, ensuring compliance and satisfactory customer experience.Change Management. Set expectations, measure, and continuously improve the adoption of new capabilities by our donors and our staff. This includes sequencing delivery of features and functionality, orchestrating digital and non-digital changes to the environment, and providing the right training and experiences.Data & Analytics. Guide the evolution towards a data-driven organization. Beyond operational performance, applies to continuously improving the donor experience and the center experience for donors and staff. With increasing data flows and instrumentation, the opportunity is rich for analytics and experimentation. This work is enhanced through a partnership with enterprise data and analytics.Architecture. Accountable for the multi-year plan of renewal of systems and processes. This work is in coordination with city planning at the enterprise level and in lock step with enterprise partners in cybersecurity and infrastructure.Strategic Partnerships. Plasma donation is a unique industry, requiring the use of intelligent devices and software components from third party partners. These relationships need to be managed to ensure functional consistency, seamless architectural integration, and timely regulatory submissions.Program Delivery. Responsible for the design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and on-going operations for all major programs. These programs are the primary mechanism for the renewal of our information and technology landscape.Operational Excellence. Ensures the operational stability of Plasma centric systems and solutions in line with business needs.Digital Innovation and Transformation. Donor Experience and Center Experience are considered no-regret digital opportunities for plasma (and lighthouse projects for the enterprise). This leader is responsible for the investment, the innovation, and the experimentation associated with these projects. This work is amplified through a partnership between R&D, I&T, and Plasma Operations.Benchmarking and Competitive Intelligence. Ensure that our measures meet or exceed the expectations of industry, inspired by the revolution in retail and ahead of our competition.Education:
    • Bachelor of Arts or Science in Computer Science, Operations Research, Data Science, or equivalent. Master of Science, Master of Business Administration, or other advanced degree preferred.Related Experience:
      • 15+ years information and technology experience, including specific experience in leading digital transformation, digital consumer marketing, negotiation and change management, global managerial experience, and demonstrated leadership experience.
      • Pharma/Biotech/Medtech/Medical/Healthcare or similarly regulated environment experience desirable.
      • Retail/Consumer experience is an advantage.
      • Demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels through clear, concise, and impactful verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to build, mentor and grow a high performing and cohesive team.
      • Adaptable to handle a fast-paced working environment.
      • Exceptional listener and collaborator.
