Terran Orbital is currently seeking a talented, team-oriented, and growth-minded Tradeshow Coordinator to join its marketing team. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day tasks and be responsible for managing the coordination and logistics of tradeshows and conferences.This position will report to the Manager of Digital Marketing and is an incredible opportunity to help support the marketing team's strategic presence and impact at tradeshows and conferences in a great, fast-growing company.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing team to define strategy and event requirements
  • Research and present concepts and ideas for tradeshows, conferences, career fairs, and any other business development events
  • Manage an extensive list of events meeting all deadlines
  • Prepare, present, and manage budgets and negotiating contracts. Review event billings and approve payment
  • Secure, plan, and execute all events from initiation to completion within the goals organization
  • Coordinate and implement all booth logistics, including booth services, maintenance, rentals, catering, shipping and travel of booth, booth install and dismantle, procurement of materials and equipment, permits, power sources, and other applicable duties as required
  • Manage registration of attendees, customers/clients, vendors, sponsors, and guests.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and bookings
  • Coordinate speaking arrangements, meeting rooms, sponsorships, and memberships
  • Coordinate, plan, and schedule all event meetings and manage schedules at each event for business development, recruiting, public relations, and engineering teams
  • Promote the show through marketing channels such as social media, emailers, and advertising campaigns. Manage all marketing materials for events
  • Act as the on-site point of contact, managing on-site execution and wrap up for all events
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are adhered to during the event
  • Document activities prior to and during the events, ensuring tracking software used is up-to-date and accurateRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
    • 5+ years of working experience with tradeshows and/or conferences
    • Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, communications, or similar
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
    • Experience working with unions at tradeshows and/or conferences
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent copywriting skills
    • Ability to self-govern with minimal supervision, establish workload priorities, and to utilize efficient time management practices to achieve assigned tasks
    • To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 22 CFR -120.1
    • Willingness to work long hours and after traditional hours
