Do it here.What you'll be doing... As an Inside Sales
Representative "Wireline Inside Sales" you will be launching
focused outbound calls and managing inbound calls in response to
promotional communications and working campaigns.As a Wireline
Inside Sales Rep you will be working with customers to position
dedicated Internet, Cyber Security, Advanced Communications and
Wireless options.
- Listening to customers' needs and making appropriate
recommendations.
- Promoting our products and services.
- Communicating the value of our offerings.
- Establishing commitments from new SMB customers.
- Proactively building and managing your own sales pipeline to
sell Data, Voic, Security and Tech Support solutions to SMB
customers.
- Developing your own forecast and sales plan to find and close
new accounts in your assigned area.
- Independently managing prospective customer relationships by
partnering with customers to understand their business, industry
and competition and presenting solutions with a consultative
selling approach.
- Meeting/exceeding revenue objective (and Standards of
Performance as reviewed with manager on a monthly/quarterly basis)
consisting of customers in small business product set with Data,
Voice, Security, and Tech Support needs.
- Handling all continued improvement/ongoing education as it
relates to technical, applications, sales and systems training
including completing competency tests.
- Be able to meet daily outbound calling expectations and
KPI's
- Internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber
modem capable of at least 25mbps. Wireless connections or DSL are
not acceptable.
- A dedicated quiet, private workspace.
- The ability to self-manage in a remote work environment
including setup of company-provided ergonomic chair, desk, and
computer equipment and ongoing proactive, skilled, and effective
management of your home network and connections.
- Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills,
resourcefulness, and the ability to work collaboratively with
leaders and on a team - all in a remote work environment.Where
you'll be working...This is a work-from-home role performed almost
exclusively from your home office with occasional in-person
meetings and training.What we're looking for... You'll need to
have:
- Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience
- Experience taking inbound customers and making outbound calls
to achieve sales.Even better if you have one or more of the
following:
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
- Customer service or call center experience.
- Demonstrated exceptional communication skills.
- Self-motivated and the demonstrated ability to thrive in a
fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly find, assess, and develop sales
leads.
- Proficiency in using Account Planning and Order Entry
