Job Description:
Currently seeking a receptionist for one of our top clients in
Palm Beach County! This is a very fast paced environment -with room
for growth. Ideal candidates will have a bachelors degree in
business administration and have 1-2 years of experience -in a
similar role. -Local candidates only please. This is a full-time,
in office position. Responsibilities: -
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the
appropriate party
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the
correct offices
- Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for
all partners
- Deal with clients by phone, e-mail, - and in person
- Generate and run reports (Heavy Excel)
- Deal with complaints or problems
- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event
calendars
- Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and
recordsQualifications: -
- Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree Preferred -
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word)
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar roleWe are an
