Job Description Job Summary The Real Estate Talent Assistant is
responsible for working with business leaders to develop and
execute effective talent acquisition and retention strategies that
enable the successful achievement of our business goals. The role
is responsible for defining the knowledge, skills, experience, and
behavioral requirements for positions Responsibilities include, but
not limited to: -- Interview applicants to evaluate work history,
education, training and job skills -- Communicate job duties and
responsibilities, compensation, work schedules, work environment
and other organizational information to candidates -- Liaison
between candidates and hiring managers -- Coordinate interview
schedules -- Extend offers of employment and ensure completion of
new hire paperwork -- Communicate with applicants on an as-needed
basis during the interview and hiring process -- Stay engaged with
applicant pool by fostering good relationships and building strong
partnerships -- Work on HR projects as assigned Qualifications: --
At least 2-5 years of sales support experience -- Detail oriented
and able to shift priorities as needed for the business --
Independent, motivated, highly organized with a strategic approach
to recruitment -- Applicant Tracking System experience a plus --
Real Estate Industry recruitment experience a plus -- FL real
estate license or FL broker---s license preferred Job Type:
