Accounts Receivable Specialist

Must Haves:

2-4 years of professional accounting experience - ideally a focus on Accounts Receivable
Strong Excel skills - MUST be able to create pivot tables
General Ledger experience
Strong customer service skills - must be able to mitigate customers that are upset about invoicesPlusses:
- Bachelors Degree
- Able to create V-lookupsDay to Day: A SaaS company based in Boca Raton, FL that focuses on fleet management software is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for back end general ledger entries, collections, billing, payment posting, etc. You will be required to speak directly with customers regarding invoices/billing so customer service skills are required! You will be working in a hybrid remote schedule, working from home on Mondays and Fridays.
