Job Description:
An auto parts retail company. is seeking a Remote Application
Development Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Identifying team member development and training needs and ensure
training needs are met
Leading, developing, coaching and mentoring a team of developers
and analysts
Overseeing the project implementation of strategically complex and
enterprise-wide application solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Knowledge of software development lifecycle
High School diploma or equivalent
6 + years of software development experience and/or supervisory
experience
Experience managing project timelines and deliverables
Proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse population group
across different departments and locations
Strong Project Management skills
