develop and market specialty "niche" products to the Automotive and
Insurance industries. Currently we are looking for a Claims
Specialist or customer service call center agent for our Claims
department. Claims specialists will handle claims calls from
customers as well as Insurance Agents and Car Dealers (calling on
behalf of consumers). Claims specialists approve, deny and process
claims in an inbound contact/call center environment. This is
not a sales position. The best call center agents are genuinely
excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and
passionately communicative. Customer service call center
agents can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate
for them when necessary and problem-solving comes naturally. If

Resolve customer requests and inquires via
telephone and other media channels.
Handle a high volume of claims
Identify and escalate priority
Customer service skills and the ability to
take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving
claims and other customer service issues.
Update company database with information
pertaining to each claim.

Education/ Work Experience and Job
Associate's Degree or High School
diploma/GED with minimum 1 year customer service experience
preferred but not required
Must always maintain highest level of
Must demonstrate a positive attitude with both
internal & external members
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
(verbal and written)
Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word,
Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet
Strong attention to detail
Must demonstrate polite and professional
Must be very proficient with inbound
Must understand and operate in accordance with
Company Policy and Procedures at all times
