We are looking for a  customer service call center agent for our Dispatch department. A customer service call center representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer requests and inquires via telephone and other media channels.
  • Handle a high volume of claims calls.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Customer service skills and the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving claims and other customer service issues.
  • Update company database with information pertaining to each claim.
  • Follow-up with dealers, consumers and vendors when necessary.
  • Research information using available resources to determine claims status (approve/deny).
  • Communicate decision with clients consistent with our contractual agreement.

 

Education/ Work Experience and Job Competencies Need for the Call Center Agent :

  • Associate's Degree or High School diploma/GED with minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Job Competencies: 
    • Must demonstrate a positive attitude with both internal & external members
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines/goals
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Must demonstrate polite and professional demeanor
